中文说明： 本案是以老年人居住体验为首要来进行的改造项目，设计阶段我们在生活功能上结合了感应灯和抬高设备处理（例如洗衣机和烘干机），尽可能在使用设备的时候没有过多弯腰、下蹲的动作，并弱化房内阳角，防止磕碰。餐桌附近增设水吧区，日常泡茶饮水可直接在此，从而减少不必要的行走。动线上以回字形为主，尽量保证1米以上的行走空间。因卫生间马桶排污管无法移位，所以利用挂壁式马桶的排水墙和淋浴区相结合，设计出淋浴坐台，可方便后期老年人日常洗浴护理。 设计元素主要是以木质+藤编+部分金属的形式完成，选择藤编也是因为在业主小时候的家中有很多藤编物品，所以将这个元素用在空间里，怀念总是美好的。由于业主喜欢明亮的空间，家里主要以浅色调为主，增加超大玻璃引入自然光，部分金属点缀氛围。
English instruction： The principle of this design is to optimize the user experience and needs of the elderly. To achieve this purpose we included sensor induction light and elevated platform for home appliances (e.g. washer and dryer), making it convenient and easy for everyday use. Another example of putting the needs of the elderly first is the tea bar near the dinning area, which allows for quick and easy access to water sources for frequent use. Not only we ensured there is enough space between different sections of the room for mobility, we also incorporated many wall hanging elements in the bathroom, combining water drainage in the shower area with a sitting platform, taking into account of the needs of the elderly in this home. Materials used in this design plan are primarily wood and rattan, with a touch of metal. In order to reflect the enjoyable memory of the owner’s childhood home where rattan was widely used, we also chose rattan to give this home a very personal touch. In order to maximize the light in the home to meet the needs of the owner, we see mostly light color tones throughout the design, thanks to the oversized glasses and metal accessories to further enhance the overall sophistication of this home.
